As a former life insurance agent, Steve understands the needs and expectations of both life insurance producers and their policyholders. This experience is invaluable to Steve in his position at Habersham Funding, LLC where he manages the acquisition of life insurance policies, determining the viability of each policy reviewed.

After leaving the University of Kentucky, Steve’s career has spanned two decades in sales and marketing including eight years in the life settlement industry.

Within the secondary life insurance market, Steve has built and maintained alliances with settlement brokers, insurance producer groups and other business partners; been involved in the purchase of policies with a face value of over $1 billion dollars; and developed industry-leading experience in the analysis and pricing of life insurance policies.

Given his extensive experience in the life insurance and life settlement industries, Steve has the creativity to make a deal happen.
